WHAT DO YOU DO?

As a Pricing and Quotation Specialist, you're a problem-solving master who creates detailed quotes for potential clients and encourages sales for our business. You're responsible for responding to technical and commercial requests for information and gathering information about spare and wear parts. Using parts lists, technical drawings, and project documents, you identify the appropriate parts for clients and advise them on various functions. You promptly respond to client requests, cooperate with support teams, and tackle other duties as needed to deliver excellent customer service and technical support

ARE THE RIGHT FIT?
  • 3+ years of experience with sales, manufacturing, installations, or customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Collaboration skills and ability to lead by example
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently make important decisions
  • Dedication to customer service
BONUS CRITERIA:
  • Technical education
  • Experience using SAP or a similar ERP (enterprise resource planning) system
  • Experience with servos, motion controls, and PLCs (programmable logic controllers)
  • Knowledge of languages in addition to English
