Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, Hire, and Train new Insurance and Retail Sales Reps.
  • Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
  • Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
  • Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
  • Assist in collection of payments.
  • Track Sales Reps and report goals, and progress.
  • Report weekly to CEO and Management Team on sales production.
  • Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
  • Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
  • Quality Control
  • Assist with client communication and address concerns.
  • Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
  • Run appointments, inspections, and makes follow up calls.
  • Assist with procuring subcontractors.
  • Handle client issues as they arise.
  • Achieve Weekly sales quota of new contracts.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials
  • 4 + years of team management experience
  • Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
