Role Overview
Develops and support tools that provide cost tracking for proper LE and WIPs entries.
Compiles cost data for reviews with engineering and execution teams from each operating basin.
Leads discussions with engineering representative and execution team representatives for cost discussions, discrepancy reviews, and analysis.
Prepares visuals for biweekly cost discussion.
Develops and supports tools that provide status updates on OKR's and KPI's used for planning, analysis, and communication.
Compiles data for reporting on Operational Key Results (OKR's) and Key Process Indicators (KPI's)
Maintains existing visualizations in PowerBI for communication to team and leadership
Develops new visualizations in PowerBI for communication to team and leadership
Provides lookbacks on variables costs such as chemical, water hauling/disposal, and repairs for optimization opportunities.
Mines data in databases necessary for information in programs such as SAP, Cygnet, and OpenInvoice.
Compiles data in easy to digest tables or slides as necessary using Excel or PowerPoint.
Provides analysis on process variables as necessary for technical discussions.
Mines data in databases necessary for information in programs such as Cygnet using PiVision and PiDatalink
Supports IT delivery of automated flowback report and Engage.
Education
