Role OverviewThe Financial Analyst II will take charge of constructing and managing intricate financial models, analyzing performance metrics, pinpointing key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and articulating findings in a clear and concise manner.
The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to deliver timely insights into business performance while guiding teams in addressing their reporting requirements.

The candidate should be adept at adopting new methodologies while managing large datasets.Key Responsibilities
Manage the financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the Network organization's indirect cost of sales. This includes developing quarterly and annual forecasting models, preparing monthly financial reports for leadership, and proactively addressing inquiries related to forecasts and results.
Utilize strategic financial modeling and analysis to drive outcomes and foster collaboration across finance and operations within the Network organization.
Employ strong financial acumen to communicate findings and results to operational leadership, working closely with stakeholders to understand their financial reporting needs.
Generate monthly headcount and other indirect cost of sales reports for distribution to finance and operations stakeholders, while researching and summarizing key variance drivers.
Assist network leadership with workforce tracking and reconciliation, providing relevant financial metrics to support headcount decision-making.Analyze cost drivers and their implications on key financial metrics (EBITDA, AFFO, cash yield, etc.)

Ability to understand, apply, and interpret financial and accounting concepts.
Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
Experience with major ERP accounting systems is preferred.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, team members may choose to work from the office or remotely. Collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders is expected for critical interactions, which may involve travel.
