A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LEAD INSTALLER - HVAC TECH
As a Lead Installer - HVAC Tech, you embody the exceptional customer service we are known for. Your duties involve visiting our clients' residences and commercial properties to swap out HVAC equipment. In your leadership role, you delegate tasks to your team members upon arrival at the job site, making sure everyone is well-equipped to fulfill their responsibilities to the highest standard. Throughout the day, you oversee your team, offering guidance and assistance as needed. You keep a close eye on the installation progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a seamless process.
Aside from delivering top-notch work, you help build positive connections with our clients by addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the project. Once the job is done, you leave the site cleaner than you found it and maintain detailed records of your team's achievements. You take pleasure in giving customers peace of mind while leading your team to success.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A LEAD INSTALLER - HVAC TECH
- 3+ years of experience as an installation lead
- Proficiency in removing old equipment, setting up new equipment, and keeping accurate records
- Capability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
