A DAY IN THE ROLE OF A LEAD INSTALLER - HVAC TECHNICIAN

As a Lead Installer - HVAC Technician, you will exemplify the outstanding customer service that defines our company. Your responsibilities will include visiting clients' homes and businesses to replace HVAC systems. In your leadership capacity, you will assign tasks to your team members upon arrival at the job site, ensuring everyone is prepared to perform their duties effectively. Throughout the day, you will supervise your team, providing support and direction as necessary. You will monitor the installation process closely, making adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

In addition to delivering high-quality work, you will foster positive relationships with our clients by addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have during the project. After completing the job, you will ensure the site is left cleaner than it was found and maintain thorough records of your team's accomplishments. You take pride in providing customers with peace of mind while guiding your team toward success.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD INSTALLER - HVAC TECHNICIAN

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead installation role
  • Expertise in removing outdated equipment, installing new systems, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
