Operations Configuration and Integration Analyst

(Remote, Contract-to-Hire)

C2H role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Review provider contracts and configure terms and rates in various claims pricing systems to price provider claims.

Performance Expectations/ Metrics:

  • Maintain a quality standard of 98% accuracy.
  • Complete all assigned projects within a 15-day turnaround time.

First Day:

  • Introduction to the pricing configuration teams.
  • Training on pricing applications.

Suitable Backgrounds:

  • Configuration Analyst
  • Provider Reimbursement Specialist
  • Experienced Claim Examiner

Internal/External Groups Interaction:

  • Internal: Provider Network Management, Claims, Provider Data Management

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Intermediate to Advanced experience in:
  • Provider contract terms
  • Claim payment and adjudication
  • Industry-standard coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD10 codes)
  • Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medi-Cal rates
  • System configuration/loading contract rates or benefits

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
