Role Overview:
- Collaborate with the head football coach to organize practices and games.
- Provide football instruction and coaching.
- Recruit talented students/athletes for the Football program.
- Support the strength and conditioning coordinator in in-season and out-of-season activities.
- Adhere to Carroll University, athletics department, NCAA, and CCIW regulations.
- Execute assigned tasks effectively.
- Align with the University's mission.
- Enrolled in a relevant Carroll University graduate program on a full-time basis.
- Approval needed for enrollment in non-Education graduate programs.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Prior coaching experience preferred.
- College football participation is a plus.
- Team player mindset within the program and athletics department.
- Professional conduct as a representative of Carroll University.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and relevant software for organizational efficiency.
- Strong communication abilities for recruitment and interactions with various stakeholders.
- Effective collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid driver's license and insurability under the University's insurance.
