  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure excellent performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the needs of negotiated accounts and groups are met, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they are within budgeted and forecasted guidelines.
  • Manage labor costs effectively, ensuring optimal staffing levels and scheduling.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel operation and building to maintain standards of CSM, brand, local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment, and handle all guest and employee accidents/incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in monthly Safety Committee Meetings and promote corporate safety programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of progressive hotel management experience required.
  • Ability to manage multiple hotel and corporate priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
