Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct new hire driver certification training and annual refresher training for existing drivers
  • Coordinate with the Operations Department and Safety Manager for efficient scheduling
  • Assist in basic operational procedures of the company
  • Maintain driver compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
  • Assist with monthly safety meetings
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate a large vehicle (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Ability to think independently
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to periodic random Drug and Alcohol Testing
