We are in search of a **Materials Flow Manager** to join our dynamic team in Minnesota.

This role involves overseeing a team of skilled professionals in Materials & Logistics, managing budgets, offering strategic insights, driving cost-saving initiatives, ensuring quality control, and conducting material and inventory audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Directing the materials team and guiding the implementation of lean logistics practices.
  • Managing the end-to-end materials process, from receipt to shipping, while maintaining inventory control.
  • Leading and organizing Physical Inventory processes.
  • Defining, measuring, and enhancing materials Key Process Indicators.
  • Overseeing comprehensive materials operations.
  • Managing a team of over 30 individuals.
  • Creating and managing departmental budgets for cost efficiency.
  • Implementing cost reduction initiatives to improve materials management and logistics efficiency.
  • Establishing guidelines for quality and inventory controls in line with standards and schedules.
  • Providing insights on moderate complexity business issues to drive operational outcomes.
  • Leading materials and inventory audits for adequate availability.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of warehouse operations or material management experience; Associates Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience; High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of lean logistics experience.
  • 2+ years of ERP knowledge.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with JDE software.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing processes, projects, and tactics.
  • Technical or professional discipline proficiency with a cross-functional understanding.
