Job Title: Client Success Associate

Responsibilities include client onboarding, showcasing Gartner services, and driving client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with clients of various levels across different business functions
- Introduce Gartner services to new clients and highlight value propositions
- Facilitate client calls and recommend action plans for high ROI on Gartner membership
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize value delivery to clients
- Conduct regular reviews of client performance and engagement metrics
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional or internship experience
- Demonstrated success in client satisfaction
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
- Preferred Bachelor's degree
