- ***Essential Functions:***
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot physical plant/facility equipment, rides, and attractions.
- Ensure statutory equipment inspections are conducted and follow-up recommendations are implemented promptly.
- Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Manage a strong team, developing employees, and promoting a culture of quality and success.
- ***Qualifications & Experience:***
- High school diploma required, technical college or college degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a technical/themed environment.
- Experience in areas such as automation, electrical/electronics, and hydraulics.
- Highly self-motivated with previous maintenance experience and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environments, and lead a team effectively.
Work Environment:
Work may vary between inside and outside locations with different temperatures and floor surfaces.
Other Requirements:
- - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Exposure to various work environments such as loud noises or hazardous chemicals.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range:
Compensation between USD $69,000.00 - USD $73,000.00 per year.
