Description:

As a Project Accountant you will be responsible for supporting the Denver based projects. This includes project billings/invoices, reviewing federal contracts, supporting month-end, running project financial reports, QA/QC on invoices when tying it to specific project.

+ Reviews and posts timesheets. Prepares labor reports.

+ Maintains project billing and contract files.

+ Ensures that subconsultants invoices are coded properly and approves payment of invoices.

+ Prepares monthly project invoices to client.

+ Records cash receipts payments.

+ Prepares subconsultant agreements and client agreements.

+ Monitors accounts receivable and makes calls on past due invoices.

+ Accurately enters and maintains proposal and project information in accounting system.

+ Maintains adequate record keeping.

+ Works with project managers to address challenges

Qualifications:

+ 4+ years in project accounting

+ Come from AEC industry

+ Deltek or Deltek Cost Point ERP experience

+ High School Diploma

+ Strong attention to detail- self monitor for accuracy.
