Senior Python Software Engineer with Security Clearance

Senior Python Software Engineer In this role you will be part of a 3 person DevOps team developing Python based microservices.

You will work closely with one other Senior Software Developer and one Cloud Engineer. Your primary responsibility is the design, implementation and test of the software baseline.

Secondary responsibilities include building Docker containers, building out our GitLab CI/CD infrastructure and developing user stories based on customer inputs.

The team works in 2 week sprints, leveraging GitLab to track issues and releases as well as CI/CD. We are early in our development cycle.

We are currently running containers locally via Docker Desktop and will be moving to a Kubernetes infrastructure in the near future.

The work is performed in a contractor SCIF. You will share an office with the other senior software developer on the team. We have internet at our desks, unclass phones and nice big windows Free sodas, coffee and snacks.

Desired Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Experience with Software Architecture design
Experience developing microservices or other advanced programs with Python
Experience with GitLab, GitLab Runners, CI/CD
