  • Lead Continuous Improvement projects
  • Utilize proactive methods to anticipate production problems
  • Own Corrective Action/Preventative Action projects for process issues
  • Champion Good Manufacturing Practices in medical product manufacturing
  • Train production operators in process changes and best practices
  • Partner with Production Supervisor to enhance employee safety
  • Actively identify and address safety issues

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3-5+ years' experience
  • Expertise in assembly, packaging, and manufacturing processes
  • Strong project management experience
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Ability to effectively interact with both customers and internal teams
