As a Mechanical Assembler, your role will involve performing mechanical assembly operations in accordance with documented manufacturing procedures.

Your responsibilities will include the construction of trailer and truck-mounted asphalt equipment from the ground up, including sub-assembly of individual components as well as final assembly into a complete and finished product.

This position requires the use of basic hand and power tools to assemble individual components such as engine cabinets, control boxes, and shovel cleaning compartments, including some electrical/wiring.

Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling the sub-components together into the final manufactured unit, including the installation of control boxes, wiring harnesses, and various heating systems such as LP and Diesel burners.

Hard Skills
+ 2+ years of complex assembly experience+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents+ Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment such as voltmeterWork Environment
The environment is bustling with activity, with numerous machines, tools, and equipment in use. The shift hours for this position are from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday.
