Overview

Koons Toyota of Annapolis is a leader in automotive retail and service in Maryland. To keep up with our expanding customer base, we are looking to add a Call Center Customer Service Representative to our Service team.


This position makes outgoing phone calls to customers based on service needs such as past due for scheduled maintenance and open recalls.

You will be setting service appointments for customers for our Services advisors at the dealership. We are well known for our rapid growth and focus on our employees. We believe in providing great service to our customers, improving the lives of our Customers and Employees through great leadership, a culture of service and a love of learning

Starting at $15.00/hr with room for increase within the first 90 days

Responsibilities

  • Learn and follow our scripted process.
  • Set service appointments for our customers.
  • Study, learn and understand our maintenance we offer.
  • Exceed customer expectations and team goals.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Customer Service Experience.
  • Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a strong desire to succeed and advance
  • Have a positive "solution oriented" attitude
  • Goal oriented
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
