Job Summary

This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner
  • Meet production, quality, and adherence standards
  • Attend required training classes and maintain accurate records
  • Elevate issues to next level of supervision as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
  • Preferred: customer service experience in a call-center environment, healthcare-related call-center environment
Skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to customers promptly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions
Work Environment

This is an office-based position with occasional travel required. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $19.01 - $23.72 per hour, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
