Insight Ind. LP, Inc. is looking for Direct Care staff (DSS) to help individuals with developmental challenges in the I.S.L Independence Supported Living setting. As a Direct Support Staff (DSP), you will:

  • Assist with personal care
  • Work on individual goals
  • Handle meal preparation and planning
  • Administer medications
  • Support community integration
  • Accompany individuals to appointments
  • Perform other assigned duties
  • Participate in community outings

DSPs will provide transportation for clients to programs, schools, and appointments with mileage reimbursement. Benefits include Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Mileage Reimbursement, Direct Deposit, Family Fun Day, and Paid Dinners and outings.

Qualifications:
