Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our digital projects.

Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless design and management of email campaigns, web enhancement, managing data related project, and utilization of data-driven insights for optimal results.


Key Responsibilities:


Ability to create marketing friendly power point presentation with best in class graphics, colors, UI for easy presentation with stakeholder.

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
Oversee the implementation of effective online campaigns that align with business goals. Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand adherence across various digital channels.
Liaise and communicate with various teams in order to design, develop, and implement projects in a timely manner.
Deliver projects that meet quality and time standards
Develop support documentation which includes requirement specifications and risk logs.
Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics

Communicate well with your team to ensure that all team members are on board with various portions of the project or task.

Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and work diligently in an effort to resolve any issues.
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing; PMP certification is a plus.
8 years of experience in digital project management or related roles.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong understanding of online campaign strategies, user experience principles, and digital trends.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and ambiguity.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving work environments.
Familiarity with Pharma is a plus.
