Job Summary

What You'll Do

  • Ensure cohesive messaging and cadence across consumer touchpoints by collaborating with SMS, loyalty, promotions, and partnerships managers
  • Manage subscriber data and customer segments, ensuring a high level of data hygiene

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience is project/program management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience working with a CDP like SimonData, Segment, etc.
  • Proven ability to organize and scrutinize a large quantity of data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLookup)
  • Highly selfmotivated and directed with experience working in a fastpaced, teamoriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to create and maintain detailed documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of collaborating regularly and productively across the organization.
