We are seeking experienced Freight Agents with an established book of business to join our team immediately. If you have a proven track record in freight brokerage and are ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing book of business to generate revenue and grow our client base.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with shippers and carriers.
  • Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Freight Agent or similar role in the freight brokerage industry.
  • Established book of business with active clients ready to move freight.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of flatbed transportation and logistics is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
