Hybrid Global Logistics Services is seeking a skilled Freight Broker Agent Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent in the freight brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality freight broker agents.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and job boards to post job openings and review active applicants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to establish a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and training teams to ensure seamless onboarding and training of new agents.
  • Manage and analyze agent turnover, outreach, and marketing success.
  • Participate in scheduled recruiting meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in transportation logistics/freight brokerage, either as a recruiter or a current/past agent.
  • Substantial network of agents/sales representatives in the industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with 1099 employment parameters and contract negotiation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage active and passive candidates through various channels.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional odd hours.
  • Travel to branch office locations to conduct meetings and professional events.
