KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct asset liability management (ALM) analytics and forecasting with a keen eye for detail
  • Execute interest rate risk assessments and liquidity stress evaluations utilizing Empyrean Solutions software
  • Provide insights into the balance sheet and strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis
  • Compile Treasury reports for ALCO and senior management discussions with minimal oversight
  • Assist the Treasurer in overseeing cash and collateral positions
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis Department on balance sheet forecasting and net interest income estimations
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-8 years of pertinent experience in banking or financial services
  • Familiarity with Empyrean ALM and Liquidity Stress Testing models is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and adaptability to various software solutions and programming languages
  • Comprehensive understanding of ALCO, liquidity, capital, and financial statements
  • Demonstrated success in creating impactful presentations for senior-level audiences
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
