Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple team members - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity Experience: - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
