In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Experience applying general accounting principles and concepts
- Experience analyzing financial spreadsheets
- Experience in the field of Healthcare
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Prinicples (GAAP), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) guidelines
- Experience working with databases
