Responsibilities

  • Travel: Occasional trips requiring 1-3 nights per month
  • Offer technical support to clients to resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues via phone or remote access for all applicable products
  • On-site equipment setup and training
  • Lead project management to ensure timely task completion by the team
  • Flexibility to participate in a rotating schedule for 24/7 emergency phone support
  • Maintain client engagement by providing updates on project progress
  • Remote technical assistance via multiple platforms
  • Assume responsibilities of team members when necessary
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, conducting root cause analysis

Qualifications Required

  • 1-3 years of technical or customer support experience
  • Effective multitasking abilities
  • Address and resolve objections causing project delays
  • Capacity to work efficiently in fast-paced and high-pressure settings
  • Capability to lift equipment weighing up to 40 lbs

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
