Lighthouse Psychiatry Brain Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care within our dynamic mental health setting.

As a Psychiatric Technician, you will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a positive and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient behavior, and documenting observations accurately.

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene, medication administration, and mealtime support.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient observations, behaviors, and progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working in a mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
