You will work collaboratively with a cross-domain team to architect product line computing modulesYou will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of flight-critical circuit card and sub-level module hardware for military and commercial aviation solutions and avionics products.
You will manage schematic capture of digital/analog mixed signal electrical circuit designsYou will manage a project plan requiring estimation of task size, identification of dependencies, and risk and opportunity management.
You will lead an engineering team by organizing tasks, coordinating team efforts, asking questions, communicating status, raising issues, brainstorming ideas, helping others, practicing active listening, and promoting a collaborative environment.

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experienceU.S.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
