Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Under Supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation of Sinai, Levindale and Courtland Gardens and as part of the management team coordinates the provision of Brain Injury services across LifeBridge continuum of care. Builds strong relationships with Physicians, neurosurgeons and community stakeholders. Oversees all operations of the Mild Brain Injury and RETURN-To Work programs and is responsible for their integrity and growth.

EDUCATION: Masters degree in Rehabilitation Specialty, SW, Nursing, Health Administration or related field. Must have a working knowledge of Brain Injury Services and practices.

Experience: 5-7 years
