Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the guest services operations to deliver top-notch service.
  • Oversee front desk staff, concierge, bell/valet, and night audit teams.
  • Train and mentor front office employees on hotel standards and procedures.
  • Handle guest check-ins, reservations, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and create exclusive experiences for Hotel Wailea guests.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Director of Guest Services with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality. Strong administrative skills and a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction are a must. If you're creative, positive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service, we'd love to have you on our team.
