Position Overview:
As a Security Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring all areas of the property and assisting guests with access to their accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Perform daily inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Provide assistance to guests and employees during emergency situations.
- Report incidents such as accidents or security breaches to the appropriate personnel.
- Utilize proper communication codes when calling for assistance.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including reporting unsafe conditions to management.
- Complete required safety training and maintain certifications.
- Ensure a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Protect company assets through vigilant observation and reporting.

Guest Interaction:
- Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards.
- Anticipate and address guests' needs, including providing assistance to individuals with disabilities.
- Express genuine appreciation to guests for their patronage.

Communication and Teamwork:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests using clear and professional language.
- Prepare and review written reports accurately.
- Foster positive working relationships with team members to achieve common objectives.
- Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience necessary.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.
