POSITION SUMMARY

Contribute to the objectives of the youth programs team by delivering enjoyable, educational, and nurturing services to children of members and guests in a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Establish rapport with children and parents utilizing the club's child activity services. Engage in daily activities such as organizing arts and crafts, leading games, storytelling, and singing. Promote the club's youth programs and assist parents with registration processes. Ensure that facilities and equipment are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications. Adhere to company policies and procedures; maintain a professional appearance and uniform; safeguard confidential information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer phones with appropriate etiquette. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines; perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds; remain standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Some locations may have additional licensing or registration requirements for this role. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: CPR Certification

First Aid Certification

Recreation Equipment Certification

Any certification or training mandated by local and state agencies.

The pay range for this position is $23.75 to $23.75 per hour.
