POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Operations Director, you will lead the implementation of our revolutionary program known as 'Efficiency Simplified'.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing end-to-end service delivery, and spearheading the successful nationwide expansion of this initiative.

The ideal candidate should have a strong project management background, extensive experience in the multi-family sector, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.



RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Direct the national rollout and management of the 'Efficiency Simplified' program
  • Enhance program processes to ensure efficient and top-notch service delivery
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to optimize order management, scheduling, and client communication
  • Collaborate with technical partners to develop solutions that enhance customer and internal operational efficiency
  • Ensure uniform service standards across all operations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance cost-efficiency and operational performance

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in client management, project oversight, and operations within the multi-family or commercial construction industry
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale programs and delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally as necessary

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

SALARY:
$90,000 to $110,000 annually
