Job Description
Collaborate with IT to drive and implement strategic data solutions, including defining, identifying, testing, and implementing automated solutionsAnalyze data usage across multiple systems and departments to identify trends and patterns, enhancing operational efficiencyResearch and execute tactical approaches to improve management's access to analytics, including self-service methods, alongside strategic platform implementationLead data management, ensuring integrity of client records in CRM and Client Data warehouseMonitor daily data feeds and validate accuracy of customer, facility, and deal dataIndependently explore client data to uncover trends, performance drivers, and emerging issues, demonstrating critical thinking and intellectual curiosityDevelop and uphold data controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and detail in management reportingAssist in the rollout and implementation of Power BI across the COO team, designing and developing financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
