Position Summary:The Business Intelligence Manager will leverage extensive experience in data analysis to support the BI Associate Director and senior leadership across various enterprise clients in the health and wellness sector. A key aspect of this role is the ability to utilize diverse data sources to assess media and marketing campaigns in the marketplace and translate these insights into actionable business strategies for our clients. The Manager will also play a vital role in mentoring new team members and overseeing the workload of the Analyst/Senior Analyst team to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with both internal (Publicis Health Media) and external stakeholders (client teams, partner agencies, consulting groups) by effectively communicating and fulfilling all data requirements.
- Ensure the precision of various internal data sources and, when applicable, third-party vendors/data streams that contribute to our custom measurement platform, while managing workstreams to meet established timelines and delivery dates.
- Analyze available data to derive insights regarding the effectiveness of our programs in influencing the behavior of our target audience, which may include healthcare professionals, patients, or a combination of both, while identifying opportunities for program enhancement.
- Collaborate with BI Leadership to use the aforementioned insights as a basis for presentations, reports, and other client deliverables, whether in person or via virtual meetings.
- Understand client needs and internal operations to achieve goals and success for both the client and the team.
- Guide direct reports, internal teams, and third-party partners to maintain high-quality outputs and adhere to delivery schedules.
- Support new business initiatives through the development of case studies, presentation of findings, and concise summaries of past successes and learnings.
- Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a related field) is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data/analytics consulting and quantitative marketing/analysis, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
