Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods
  • Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness per manufacturer
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources
  • Follow company and industry safety guidelines and regulations
  • Clean work area, machines, tools and supplies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
- _You do not sell any equipment or have to worry about sales quotas_

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong ability to remain organized and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work well with other technicians and tradesman

Required Education and Experience

  • 23 yrs. of experience in HVAC
  • Ability to work an oncall rotation that includes evenings (up to 9 pm) and weekends
  • Valid driving license
  • Good driving record

Preferred Education and Experience

  • CFC Card preferred
