Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues to determine the necessary repairs
  • Perform tire and automotive repairs to specifications
  • Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and colleagues
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with automotive technology
  • Train and mentor colleagues to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive mechanical diagnosis and repair
  • ASE certifications (A4 and A5) and Section 609 certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include frequent lifting, carrying, and placing merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds, as well as standing and walking for long periods. The ability to communicate effectively, safely operate a motor vehicle, and visually verify information is also required.
