Metrics and Performance Tracking: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with implementation and management of marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
