We are currently looking for a Floating Compliance Specialist to join our team at Whittier Apartments in Denver, CO.

Job Summary:

The Compliance Specialist On-Site is responsible for overseeing the affordable housing programs at the property. Their main task involves reviewing resident certification and recertification files.

  • Monitor the property's affordable housing program to meet target numbers.
  • Review move-in certification files to ensure households are income qualified.
  • Maintain affordability levels and review all documentation in resident files.
  • Perform assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of LIHTC experience.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • HCCP Designation or equivalent.

Compensation: $26.44-$28.85 per hour
