The Role

The Valet Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing valet operations during designated shifts, ensuring top-notch professional parking services 24/7.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patrons, handling ticket distribution and vehicle management
  • Provide friendly customer service and quick conflict resolution
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers
  • Assist patrons with parking and ensure prompt vehicle retrieval
  • Act as a liaison to company management in case of incidents during shifts
  • Complete valet cash-out procedures at the end of each shift
  • Undertake additional duties as needed
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive customer service background
  • Prior experience in parking operations or related field

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong sense of urgency and adaptability
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Competency in driving manual transmission vehicles

Physical Requirements

  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Endurance in standing, walking, and running for extended periods
  • Physical agility for bending, stooping, and lifting throughout shifts
