Job Description and Duties

Do you have a passion for assisting people and enjoy collaborating with a diverse population? Are you skilled in the Spanish language? We are in search of a versatile individual who is motivated, innovative, and customer-oriented to aid customers and collaborate with local partners at the America's Job Center of California (AJCC). Your role will involve promoting the services and programs of the Employment Development Department (EDD) and Workforce Services (WS) through various service delivery modes like self-service, facilitated self-help, and staff-assisted services, catering to the employment needs of both job seekers and employers.

Occasional overnight travel might be necessary, along with travel within the San Fernando/Antelope Valley Cluster (San Fernando Valley and Lancaster).

The ability to speak Spanish fluently is a must for this position. If the State of California lacks current documentation of your fluency in Spanish, you will need to pass an approved language fluency test successfully before employment commences.

Position is based in Lancaster ARU 102.
