We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Employment Program Representative. In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting the Employment Development Department (EDD) and Workforce Services (WS) programs and services to job seekers and employers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide employment services to job seekers and employers, including self-service, facilitated self-help, and staff-assisted services.
- Promote EDD and WS programs and services through various delivery methods.
- Work cooperatively with local partners in the America's Job Center of California to achieve program goals.
- Assist customers with their employment needs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Travel to and work in other offices, with some telework available.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
