We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Specialist to join our team at Jobot. **Key Responsibilities**
* Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, and workers' compensation claims.
* Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under state and federal labor laws.
* Conduct thorough and meticulous research to build strong cases for our clients.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
* Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitration hearings.
* Stay updated on the latest developments in labor and employment law to provide the most accurate and relevant advice to our clients.
**Requirements**
* A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
* Active membership in the California State Bar.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on labor and employment law, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases.
* Proven experience representing plaintiffs in legal proceedings.
* Exceptional research, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A strong sense of professional ethics and a commitment to upholding the law.
* The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and to work under pressure.
* A result-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
