As our
Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors in a senior living community.

You will present in a professional manner at all times in this fast-paced environment, adapt to rapid changes and remain calm and focused at times of emergency alarm activations.


In addition, you will:

  • Provide a welcoming environment and be polite and courteous while addressing any questions or needs that may arise.
  • Model and promote the organization's mission, core values, through a positive attitude, appropriate appearance, words, and actions; and comply with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Answer, screen, manage and forward any incoming phone calls.
  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them properly.
  • Understand and operate emergency response systems. Communicate clearly via twoway radio.
  • Direct deliveries/couriers for the company.
  • Operate copier, scanner, and postage equipment.
