Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our dynamic team. The primary requirement for this role is proficiency in soldering. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with various departments, including inspection, engineering, and testing.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $45,760 to $49,920 annually. Shift: First shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated soldering experience is essential.
  • Preferred experience in coil winding and bonding.
  • Familiarity with inductors and transformers, specifically using pull winder machines.
  • Collaboration with the Inspection Department, engineers, and Test Technicians.

Essential Functions:

  • Work in a smoke-free environment.
  • Ability to work up to 5 hours of overtime weekly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
