Mastech Digital is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team. They provide digital and technology staffing services and Digital Transformation Services to American Corporations. The position is based in the Education sector, offering a great opportunity for professional growth and development.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Cambridge, MA

Salary: $60.00/Hourly (Depending on experience)

Role: Salesforce Administrator

Primary Skills: dBase

Role Description: As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, tailoring it to meet the evolving needs of the organization while ensuring data integrity, security, and providing user support and training. Must have 2-5 years of experience and possess strong technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
    • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and licenses.
    • Implement and manage security settings.
    • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.
    • Conduct regular data audits.
    • Monitor and optimize platform performance.
  • Data Management:
    • Import, update, and maintain data within Salesforce.
    • Ensure data quality and manage data backup and recovery.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide technical support and deliver training sessions.
    • Promote best practices and data governance policies.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify process automation opportunities.
    • Collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and participate in Salesforce projects.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders and monitor project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce features and functionalities.
    • Experience with data integration tools and APIs.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
    • Knowledge of CRM processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
