Job Description
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America, to coordinate human resources activities and ensure the smooth functioning of the operations of J-PAL North America, an economics research center at MIT. Recruitment, onboarding, internal meeting and events coordination, and other human resources activities make up a significant portion of this role. There will also be an opportunity to engage in a range of special human resources and organizational-level projects.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; two years of directly relevant human resources experience; meticulous attention to detail; and strong organizational, time-management, and oral and written communication skills; PREFERRED: experience with Salesforce, Asana or other project management systems.
