Culinary Supervisor, Highmark Stadium

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking seasonal Culinary Supervisors to join the team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. The ideal Culinary Supervisor is an experienced Cook who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, taking pride in delivering exceptional food service and culinary excellence to guests. Pay$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities- Supervise team members to ensure food preparation meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment
- Ensure proper food storage and labeling
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- Work on food cost management
- Collaborate with team members and managers to enhance guest satisfaction
- No college degree required
- Minimum two years' experience as a line cook with supervisory experience
- Effective communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with basic math skills
- Manual dexterity for food preparation
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Standing and walking throughout the shift
Evening and day shifts from Monday to Friday, additional evenings and weekends as needed
